In case you’re wondering, Olga doesn’t usually dine with Ken and Mary – this will be clarified at some point soon. If you’ve been following Olga & Brelvis by voting (hint hint) you’d know she’s normally bunkered down in the dorms with other first year cadets.

I gotta agree with the Nitro-Man. This is a bad idea. Also, Olga, having dinner with the senior faculty won’t do anything to dispel that teacher’s pet reputation.
Well this chapter opened with a big fight picture showing all sorts of locked away villains.
Also, surely they should send a telepath/counter telepath as the chaperone?
As we know from covers they can often represent the “essence” of the story… so we’ll see what transpires in that regard. I was thinking of sending Freya… but while they consider Vlax potentially dangerous she’s also old, frail, and locked away so another telepath is perhaps seen as unnecessary, also I have other plans for Freya…
I agree with Ken. It’s all kinds of bad idea and he should have fried her dead the first time. She’s just taking up space and tax payer money and she’s still a danger. A telepath is only limited by their mind, so the danger comes not from her frail body, but by how sharp her mind has remained. If she has any strength, she could copy part or all of her personality onto someone else given the chance. Of course, she may not have that ability.
No.. no… no…..Don’t blind Olga as well… I mean – fate is fate, but still – she’s cool with eyes… I wanna see her develop differently… Become even greater than she once was.
I agree do not blind her again.
Something tells me that will be the LEAST of our worries. I think Olga’s going to have much bigger dangers on her plate this time around… especially because her psychic abilities aren’t quite back up to snuff yet, so she might not be able to block Vlax out anywhere near as easily as last time.
well guess she will write her a leter.
I think it might be a good idea to have an electronically controlled shotgun aimed at Zajax’es head remotely controlled from a psychic-proof vault on the island.
Something that occurred to me in general, but how much of Jenna’s motivation is showing up her “heretical” cousin?
Not sure what you mean exactly… do you mean is Jenna only wanting to be a superhero to show Bif how a right thinking Forn should be a hero? If so, then it’s a good point… although her motives are more aligned to her personal experience (as hinted at in Chapter 5) than Bif directly. Funny you should ask that… stay tuned…!
i think this is a good idea, a test for her in a sense. you have to face your fears at some point, otherwise they will always have the better of you. besides how would luke have been if he never visited the cave, or flown off to bespin? he’d have a hand, and 1 less life changing lesson, overall he ended up gaining i think.
Hm… From what we’ve seen of Gola so far, from cradle to geriatric back to teen… it seems she has a tendency to go one way when everyone else would go the other way, doesn’t she? Doesn’t use a codename, went to solve the nursing home mystery when she shouldn’t have, chose to restart her life upon de-aging (as opposed to simply living as Gola in a younger body), wants to forgive the person who almost killed her.
She’s a very determined lady, er, young old lady!
