   To any new readers who may be just starting out on this comic, I’d just like to say:
   It’s worth it!

   Magellan has been a constant source of entertainment and inspiration for a decade and a half for me as of the time I’m writing this. Grace Crowley is a terrific author and has crafted a world which is at once a loving parody to comic book hero tropes, but also a compelling original work of fiction. Character development is huge in this story, and it’s so utterly wonderful to have a world feel alive and lived-in the way Magellanverse does.

       And if any new readers are confused as to why all the comments are dated 2020+ . . . Grace has, on a few occasions, had troubles from web hosts and rendering code for the website. Comments have sadly been lost over the years, with potential back-ups maybe floating around somewhere.

     I am in total agreement with Vile Terror: I’m yet another very long-time fan and I am also highly impressed with the continuity, sense, fun, direction, character and story development, artwork … let’s face it, I’m overjoyed with everything Grace has graced us with.

   I’ve been reading since the around the middle of Great Leap Forward, and I haven’t felt like a single afternoon with this comic and the world Grace has created was ever wasted.

   Great ride so far, and here’s hoping for many, many years more.
