Nadine gets it. Captain America, Batman, Mr Terrific; the most dangerous superheroes are usually the ones with no superpowers.
Mr Terrific has been superpowered since the late 90s. Captain America is an experimental mutate. And there’s no way Batman can do what he does without some kind of power (besides ungodly amounts of money).
