Was this a thing in one of those side stories we don’t know when we were supposed to read because they aren’t in order with everything else?
It was in Crossoverkill. I never read the entire thing (The Crossoverlord Saga in all its forms is fun but a wee bit too time-intensive for me to go through these days when I have less time and energy to binge-read webcomics) but back in the day Grace linked the few pages this referenced in the author notes on this page.
