I wouldn’t, I’m not impulsive enough, the stronger my feelings the more cautious I get. So while I don’t do stupid things like this, I end up with the opposite stupid option: I would never have said anything to Kaycee about how I really don’t want her to die.
I’m still seeing myself doing something stupid and regretting it deeply, and it’s still the worst. It’s just not the same brand of stupid.
The first time I tried to read through Magellan, I stopped reading it about here. Brian seemed kind of… extremely stupid and a bit unrealistic. But TV Tropes kept making it sound so very good… So I came back and promised myself I’d finish the first story arc.
I’ve been here ever since. This comic is consistently in my top five favorites.
Brian still seems extremely stupid. Your dog did not agree to this, jerk!
Not to excuse or justify Brian’s choices, but given what we eventually learn about his father, I think poor impulse control may be a bit of a family trait.
Does it count as a spoiler if it is extremely obvious? First time reader here, and I always have trouble with giving away spoilers of stories I haven’t read yet, like the fact that young Brian’s father is a supervillain, or the whole “Dog-Boy” comment earlier…
such a bad idea, but the worst part… I could see myself doing something stupid like this.
